Mark helps companies file incorporation as well as other corporate legal assistance. He also works on patent, trademark and copyright related matters.
Mark T. Koo has been involved with Silicon Valley’s technologies such as data warehousing, wireless software and hardware technologies, and internet technologies as well as software for Wi-Fi voice communication technologies.
Mark is a graduate of McGeorge Law School and is a member of the California Bar.
Mark received his bachelors of science degree in electrical engineering and masters of science degree in materials science from University of California, Davis. His thesis topic during the masters program was in nanocrystalline materials.
After earning his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Psychology from Tulane University, and graduating from the University of San Francisco School of Law, Joe returned home to Little Rock, Arkansas and clerked for the Arkansas Court of Appeals.
Craig is a graduate of Golden Gate University School of Law, where he was a member of Law Review and received the CALI Award for Solving Legal Problems.
Craig, a Bay Area native, holds a 3rd-degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do, enjoys fishing, and pursuing culinary adventures.
