Mark T. Koo
Mark T. Koo’s work includes Corporate Compliance and Governance, Estate Planning, Family Law, Non-Profit Formation and setting up the 501c3 Non-profit designation. Mark also helps companies file incorporation as well as other corporate legal assistance.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Mark T. Koo has been involved with Silicon Valley’s technologies such as data warehousing, wireless software and hardware technologies, and internet technologies.
Mark is a graduate of McGeorge Law School and is a member of the California Bar.
Mark received his bachelors of science degree in electrical engineering and masters of science degree in materials science from University of California, Davis.
Joe Calhoun
Joe Calhoun is Associated Counsel to Credere Law and is a registered patent attorney licensed in California and Arkansas. Joe has many years of experience in commercial litigation and counseling, as well as in intellectual property law. His primary practice areas include procurement, transfer and enforcement of (or defense against) intellectual property rights, business start-up organization and expansion, commercial competition, employment law, and a wide variety of business contracts and business disputes.
After earning his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Psychology from Tulane University, and graduating from the University of San Francisco School of Law, Joe returned home to Little Rock, Arkansas and clerked for the Arkansas Court of Appeals.
Craig Ching
Craig Ching is Associated Counsel attorney to Credere Law and over nine years of experience as a practicing attorney with both litigation and transactional experience. Craigs’s practice has included Corporate Compliance and Governance, Employer/Employee Matters, Immigration, Non-Profit Formation,Compliance and Governance, Employee Handbooks.
Craig is a graduate of Golden Gate University School of Law, where he was a member of Law Review and received the CALI Award for Solving Legal Problems.
Craig is admitted to practice in California.
